Chapter 1 Young Business Woman

• Author POV:
• “Ms Zina, board of directors are waiting for you in the meeting room”.
• “Yes, Ronald I know that but let them stay for few minutes. Don’t you see how tired I’m from signing all these papers from morning. Oh, will they turn against me if I make them wait Ronald” resting on the couch Zina asked with her eye lashes batting and giving a puppy face.
• “No, they dare not ma’am”
• Suddenly the door banged wide open alarming the people in the room with a loud voice “ZINAAAA, if you don’t get up count of 5, I’m splashing a jug of water on you”.
• “momm?”
• “5.. 4.. 3.. 2.. 1.. “
• Splash……

• “WHATT.. how long I’m waking you up.”
• Wiping the water from her face Zina looked around the room.
• “what are you searching”
• “mom where does Ronald go”
• “Ronald?.. who is this Ronald? OMG did you bring a guy inside our house. Now you are a dead Zina.”
• Her mom yelled and took a nearby measuring scale to beat her. Now wide awake Zina jumped off the drenched bed and ran off from her room and downstairs to the hall followed by her mom yelling.
• Her dad sitting on the couch with a coffee on the table and a newspaper on his hands looked at the daily morning routine of mom and daughter and shook his head with a sigh.
• “dad please save me from mom” with breathless voice Zina jumped on the sofa, trying to hide behind her father.
• “oh enough Aruna. Now that she is awake leave her and do the breakfast, Samuel has already came from his workout and getting ready in his room”
• “oh no dear, this girl, she has brought a guy inside a house so..”
• “what a guy?” cuts her off Simon looked at his daughter with shock.
• “No no no no dad. It’s a dream it’s a dream. I had a dream of me becoming a CEO of my own company and that I’m having an assistant named Ronald. That’s it. How will I bring a guy, don’t you trust me.” Zina told her parents with a scared face and a sheepish smile.
• “you and your dreams. Yea if you flirt with every good looking guy, we would think like that only. Though you don’t have a job, you should atleast try to wake up early so you will not embarrass us before your future-in-laws. “Her brother Samuel fully dressed in his business attire came with a taunting smile. She glared at her brother who is 3 years older than her.
• “Enough of glaring your brother, he didn’t say anything wrong is he? And now go get ready. Did you forget your interview today.” Her mom yelled returning to the kitchen.
• “ha ha so today’s your interview and you are sleeping like a log, wow I think this one is also going to be a failure one and you are joining me in my office and start working for me well yea also forget about the owning a company and assistants” saying Samuel made a evil laugh.
• “I will never work under you anna(brother in tamil) and this time I’m getting this job, learn from there in 2 years I’m starting my own company and be the successful young business woman. “with glittering eyes and victory smile Zina looked at her brother.
• “whatever first get the job today and talk” he said looking at her boringly. She snorted and then something came to her mind and she smiled at him sheepishly.
• “well.. ummm..”
• “Yes, my sweet little sister. Do you want something from your handsome brother? “Samuel gave her a knowing look.
• “hehe my smart brother, you know my scooter got broke down, so I have to take the cab, so can you give me my pocket money soon” coquettishly she shook his arms.
• “I know my sister will behave good only when she needs something from me” taking out his wallet he tried to take some bills out but even before that Zina snatched his wallet and took a huge sum of money, gave the wallet back and ran off to her room to get ready.
• “you are spoiling her a lot Samuel” said his father who was watching everything that’s happening from the couch.
• “ha ha dad as if I’m the alone doing it here, didn’t she get her pocket money from you yesterday? and sure I know she would have also got some from akka(elder sister) and mama(brother-in-law) as well” his father smiled at him.
• Though Zina is mischivieous, wakes up late and be talkative she is always the precious one to the family.

• Zina POV:
• I searched for my favourite blue salwar, with a clip at the centre of my hair I got ready for my interview. I went to the bus stop to catch the bus.
• Yea I know everyone may think why the famous supreme court judge’s daughter with a billionaire sister and a CEO brother opts to travel in a public transport not a cab. Should I say I’m so simple hehe nopee, Its only for my interview hehe. What if the employers see that I can afford a lot and reject me immediately.
• And ha here comes my bus. Whoa why it is too crowded today, God please help me get to the company.
• After 30mins..
• Oh my God, why this bus driver is driving slowly than the snail. I have to reach soon and only 15mins is there. What if I don’t get this job also, my brother will surely drag me to his company. I know he is only watching out for his sister but still I don’t want to be under any one’s wing.
• I want to spread my wings and soar high.
• Hmmmpf atlast this snail driver slammed on his accelerator and made me reach atleast before 5mins of my interview.
• Wow this AMD building is sooooo bigggggg, OMG look at the huge queue. I’m sure I’ll be chucked out soon. No No Zina you should not lose your confidence, you will get this. I pat my back myself.
• After 4 hours later of the looonggg interview rounds…
• “Miss Zina”the receptionist called me sternly, her expression is scaring me did I get the job or not.
