• He sat in the bar front staring at the football game that was being televised. All his concentration was on the game, and he did not notice when a woman sat beside him. Seeing that he was preoccupied, the woman then said in a low, alluring soft voice, "It’s been a while. How are you?" Her familiar voice caught his attention and he immediately glanced at the person beside him.
• "Malena?" He says with coldness in his tone and gaze. "You’re looking at me as if I’m a stranger." She says while staring down and feeling aggrieved.
