• Lucian called Alex, his most trusted lawyer, to mediate the situation with the driver’s family. Alex explains that they can pay the family and ask them to drop everything.
• Though Lucian is a righteous person, he lets Alex handle everything using money. For him, his righteousness can be bent as long as it's for Malena’s sake.
• After 24 hours, Malena got out of the hospital, Alex paid the family's medical bills and gave them $200k compensation. The case was dropped and the police did not pursue the investigation.
