• We ended up losing time when we realized it was past nine at night. I was worried about letting Viviane go by taxi, but I couldn't risk being seen together, so I ended up arriving before her and I had the car parked in front of the house, waiting for her arrival. I only entered the mansion after making sure it was already safe inside the gates.
• I still found my parents drinking coffee in the mansion's living room and sat with them for a while, to talk. João Pedro hadn't arrived yet, but that was nothing new.
