Chapter 131 The Curse That Came True
- Talia plopped down on the chair and scoffed. "It's only been a few days. I highly doubt he's sick of you when you guys have barely done anything interesting together. Besides, he's working at Mills Group, so he's bound to be on a tight schedule most of the time. You've got to cut him some slack."
- Judith grew a little belligerent at this. "No, he used to text me even if he was held up at work, and he would follow up with cute little stickers, too. But now, he didn't text me once after he told me he was busy this morning. How busy can he be? Mills Group wouldn't keep their employees working through the night, would they? And shouldn't he be having dinner by now? It's not too much to ask for a text while he's having dinner, is it?"
- In all fairness, Talia had never been in a proper relationship before, so she had no valuable answer to offer. "I can't help you with this, you know. Just be patient and wait until he replies to your texts."
