Chapter 17 Don't Act Inappropriately

Too much was going on tonight, and Talia found herself having difficulty digesting them all for a short while. And thus, she could only drink her beer sip by sip.
Judith wanted to drink together with her, but Talia stopped her. "No, don't drink! If you have a heart attack, I can't save you in my drunken state."
Upon hearing that, Judith chuckled. "Hey, what's there for me to be afraid of? I got you, a doctor, by my side. Also, I won't get sick so easily. Based upon your enrollment in the cardiac surgery department for my sake back then, I must have this drink with you."
