• After saying goodbye to Thomas, the rest of the afternoon flew by, but the doubts about which direction to take continue to linger in my thoughts. I sit on the balcony and watch as the city lights come on, creating a scene of tranquility and contemplation.

• I unlock my phone and send him a message, to which he quickly responds. We start a lively conversation about New York, and soon we agree on where to meet.
