- Heavy rain poured down on us just like the tears in my eyes as I watched my parent's coffins being lowered into the rectangular holes that were dug beside each other. My brother wrapped his hand around my shoulder pulling me closer to him as Lena, who was standing beside me, wiped her tears that wouldn't stop falling.
- After the funeral was over, my parent's friends, colleagues, and acquaintances offered their condolences before leaving. When they all dispersed, I sat on the moist ground in front of the tomb.
