Chapter 26

• ARIA'S POV
• It didn't come as a surprise to me when Lena told me what Nixon did. He liked her a lot and I understand that every other man in his shoes would have been jealous to see Lena with another man, but Lena didn't as she was boiling in anger.
• She went ahead to confront Nixon and instead of apologizing to her, he ended up confessing his feelings. I felt bad for him when Lena told him that she rejected him, but I had to also see things from her point of view. If I was also in her shoes, I wouldn't jeopardize my career over a relationship that I wasn't sure would last long.
