• Vittorio woke up slowly and ran his hand through the bedsheet, still with his eyes closed. However, something felt off. He opened his eyes abruptly and noticed that Ellis's side of the bed was empty. A feeling of unease washed over him, and he immediately sat up.
• "Ellis?" Vittorio called out, his voice echoing through the room. "Ellis, are you there?"
• Receiving no response, he confirmed that she wasn't there. Worried, Vittorio got out of bed and began searching for her around the room, checking the bathroom and closet, but she wasn't in any of those places.
