• I was coughing for a week now, after admitting to Jaxon how my heart truly felt on that stormy night. The next day, I developed a fever, but I didn't alert him. Although I was feeling a little better now, I was still suffering from chills and runny noses, as well as a cough that felt like it would to tear my lungs out.
