• Veronica looked a little surprised and stared at me for a couple of seconds before replying, “The king was killed in battle against the Bear Kingdom about two weeks ago. Now, it’s Prince Caesar who’s leading our warriors and defending us.”
• I must’ve looked really shocked because she quickly added, probably thinking I was scared of the Bear Kingdom, “In the last two weeks, Prince Caesar has already managed to push the Bear Kingdom back to their territory.”
