Chapter 52 Why Did You Fight

• After coming back from dropping Charles at school, Gabriel noticed a high-definition surveillance camera in the corner of the residential area. He walked toward the management office where he was a popular figure, not only because he was the young heir of the Huntington family but also because he had combined three units into one. Even the property management treated him with the utmost respect, and he was certain they would not refuse his request to peruse the surveillance footage from the night before.
• Seated in the security room, the guard produced the footage from the parking lot and skipped ahead to around nine the previous night. There was a quarrel between Jeanette and a woman who said something that earned her a slap from Jeanette. This caused the other woman to lunge at Jeanette, sending both of them sprawling onto the lawn.
• Narrowing his eyes, Gabriel watched the vicious fight. Then, after Jeanette left, the woman she fought found a stone and thrashed her car.
