• “That was amazing,” Ivan said immediately they pulled out and tried to catch their breath. His eyes were still shut, and so was Mia. But it couldn’t hide the joy he felt, as he smiled and slowly opened his eyes, to find Mia giving him an already shocked expression. She pushed him off her, and immediately sat upright rubbing her palms and shaking her head vigorously as if something terrible had happened.
• “What have I done? Dammit. That wasn’t amazing Ivan. It was wrong, terrible, and stupid,” she lashed out, the moment he placed his cold palms on her shoulders to comfort her.
