- Sasha nodded, wondering when she became such an efficient liar. She felt so ashamed of herself. Lying to Tilly felt like torture. She was also worried about Kaleb. He'd never called to ask her why she didn't show up. At first, she'd dismissed it by telling herself that maybe he was just busy, but now it seemed like he probably didn't want to talk to her.
