Chapter 30

• Eva's eyes open, and she notices Rafael in front of her, lying next to her, starring at her. Eva gets out of bed and enters the bathroom without saying anything, taking off her clothing and standing under the shower.
• Rafael eventually arrives, also naked. He stands behind Eva but does not touch her. Water drops were hitting both of their bodies. There was an odd silence; neither said anything.
• Rafael's eyes were closed, his hand supported the wall, and Eva was trapped between them.
