Chapter 31 The Commotion at the Wedding
- "How dare you!" Anna's voice steadily turned harsher as she suppressed her anger. "Getting all the more cocky when somebody is trying to be nice to you, huh? You were lucky last time, you b*tch! Do you really think I wouldn't dare to lay a finger on you now that you've got a toy boy around you?"
- To be honest, I never intended to argue with Anna, but I couldn't keep putting up with such unrestrained humiliation from her, right? After darting a look at the Turings, who were coming toward us, out of the corner of my eye, I turned to look at Anna's repulsive features. Moving closer to her, I lowered my voice, saying, "I don't know whether you'd dare to lay a finger on me, but I dare guarantee that as long as I'm present, your son's marriage will never be peaceful. I'll stop at nothing to give you all no peace on behalf of my dead baby."
- Provoked by my words, Anna angrily smashed the wine glass in her hand into my head. Still feeling angry, she then shoved me directly toward the high table full of champagne, spilling the champagne all over the floor. Unsurprisingly, I fell to the ground in an embarrassing fashion as a result.
