Chapter 56 Dropped Out Of Time

• Hugo’s POV
• For a moment, I feel like I’ve been dropped out of time. Out of reality, certainly. My body feels almost weightless and my head spins. I curse at myself silently for losing myself, but my mind is having difficulty accepting the moment.
• I can feel Alpha Mark’s breath on my face. His hot lips are only inches from mine. I never knew how beautiful his eyes were, that from close up you can see a dark ring around the iris and flecks of green scattered through like a nebula in deep space.
