Chapter 6 The Cure

  • “Such a useless bitch. Let’s have her return to the other rogues and feast on her until she could no longer walk, ” Commented Brix, which made Creed glare at him.
  • “Shut your mouth, scum. I’ll deal with her in my own way.”
  • He then glanced at me and sighed, “I have a plan. For now, let’s leave.”
  • Ravena pouted, and Brix scoffed.
  • Creed caught on their disappointed expressions, “Anyone dares to complain?”
  • Both of them kept quiet. Nice, so these two are nothing compared to Creed. They knew that they could never say no to him. Which is just to my advantage.
  • I quietly walked behind him and could feel his heavy breathing and body heating from anger, “You’re angry…”
  • He paused and turned to look at me, “Yes because I landed with a useless bitch. No one even wants to be with you.”
  • I smiled at him, not even seriously taking his words at this point, “Why? Do you pity me?”
  • He chose to be quiet and kept walking ahead.
  • “This is why I hate packs. They would easily abandon anyone they find useless.” He said. Oh, is that why he left from his own pack? But he is the heir to the throne. He would have been the alpha by now if he stayed…what made him give that throne up?
  • “What did you do for them to hate you?” Creed asked me, which surprised me as he was now curious.
  • “I’ll tell you…but you might pity me more. It’s best to not tell you right now. You’ll be surprised.” I said, not wanting to open up to him.
  • He paused, looked me in the eye for a few seconds, and I felt blood rushing to me that I looked away. He must have sensed that it was a sensitive topic for me, so he never pushed further.
  • “Where are we going?”I asked to break the tension.
  • “I’ll tell you if you stop asking questions.” He answered briefly.
  • I looked up at the sky, “Being a rogue is not that bad. You get to do whatever the hell you want. We both know that since no one likes to take me in now, I am practically exiled to any pack. It’s either I go as a lone wolf or go rogue. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages.”
  • He was silent, and I walked closer to him, “Be honest, you don’t have a clue what to do to me, do you?” I licked his ear.
  • I could see him gulping, and clenching his jaw so hard I was afraid he might break his teeth, “You want to escape, do you?”
  • I blinked, “Oh, are you letting me go? Is that your plan? How boring.”
  • “Yes, I figured you might hinder our plan if we keep you. You’ll know our hideouts, our plans, and tactics, and once you know our secrets, you’ll go back to your pack, and sell our secrets in exchange for your to
  • “Oh trust me, I know how it works for she-wolves like you.”
  • “You need to have some trust, Creed.”
  • “No, trusting someone will kill me.”
  • It makes me wonder how awful he experienced from his pack for him to say that.
  • I went to him, grabbed his arms, and felt a spark of electricity. I met his gaze, and smiled, “You’ll let go of your mate?”
  • He tried to push me, “No, we are not mates.”
  • “Then how can you explain this connection?” I teased, my hands on his neck, “You want to touch me, do you? You want to claim me, pleasure me, and mark me. so much that it hurts your balls now.”
  • I glanced down at his erect manhood and smirk. I was right. My instincts had never been wrong. There is a reason why he was trying to keep walking away from me. He didn't want to get any closer, afraid that he might
  • “Do you see the way you flinch whenever I touch you? Such a wonderful sight,” I said, “You’re scared of yourself. Of what you’ll do once you let your carnal desires on me.”
  • Ah, this is fun. Seeing his flushed face and frozen body feels satisfying. I am not normally this aggressive to any males yet. But to him….
  • I removed the loosened tie from my hands and put it on his neck, “You and I both know that you purposely loosened your tie on my arm just so you wouldn't hurt me much. So I could remove it and somehow, escape…and you’ll pretend you didn’t let me escape because Brix and Ravena might know of your thoughts about me.”
  • “You would rather me escape and leave than be here with you and tempt you.” I almost burst in laughing seeing him avoid my gaze and letting me spit all these words to him, “Want me to tie this on you, Creed?”
  • He gnawed on his mouth, “Stop it, Nyra.”
  • Hmmm… it was the first time that he called me by my name. “Oh, I knew you remembered me. I can’t forget those eyes of yours from our father’s meetings.”
  • I grabbed his head, wanting to taste those lips again when Ravena walked in, “Master! Brix…”
  • Creed instantly pushed me and turned to his subordinate. “Spit it out, Ravena.”
  • “He was scouting ahead when he fell to the ground….he’s…poisoned…”
  • Creed walked ahead and went to his subordinate, leaving me alone.
  • I knew that I could finally escape and yet, I found myself running after Creed and spotting Brix grunting in pain. He rested on the stone and kept on yelling in pain.
  • Since we are at the borders of my father’s, I mean the Silverfang pack, it must be one of those poisons he planted here.
  • I instantly checked Brix’s condition. Swollen lips, white eyes, salivating, and convulsing, he looks like he’ll be dead any minute now.
  • But he also looked like me a few days ago when my pack tortured me.
  • “I know how to cure him.”
  • Ravena and Creed both looked at me.
  • “How?”
  • “Get me this antidote.”
  • It was a special plant and only grew inside the pack that my father had thought of.
  • “You could get inside the Silverfang pack and search for this, or let Brix die,” I said.
  • Ravena looked at me suspiciously, “No, you must be lying. Master, she’s tricking us to get inside her past pack and get killed.”
  • Creed stared at me for a long, trying to check if I was lying. And when I didn't bat an eye, he nodded, “Get what she wants, Ravena.”
  • “But-“
  • “You want me to repeat my order?”
  • Ravena sighed and quickly ran in Silverfang’s direction.
  • I smiled, “Oh, there is also another way…”
  • “And that is?”
  • He waited for me to do something, and I instantly positioned myself between Brix. I opened his legs and removed his shorts, and my hands caught his member. It was very hard, and my hands moved up and down.
  • “What are you doing?” I could sense the glare of Creed from behind me, but I continued.
  • “Letting him release the poison,” I answered shortly. There was an emotion lingering in his tone, and it excited me.
  • “Stop it.”
  • “And let him die? Or you do it?” I asked.
  • He was quiet and sighed.
  • It took a minute for Brix to release a hot liquid and it smeared on me. I checked behind and saw Creed with a stone-cold expression.
  • Brix finally coughed as his eyes opened. He panted, gasping for air, and looked around.
  • He blinked, “Master.”
  • His eyes then looked down and saw his member fully exposed and he looked at me, “You-what are you doing?”
  • “She saved you, Brix. You were poisoned. Thank her.” Creed said in my defense before Brix got the chance to hit me.
  • Brix looked at me and hesitantly said, “T-thank you.”
  • I smiled, now standing up and wiping his liquid away from my hands, “You’re welcome! Remember not to step on that plant again in this forest. My father planted that in the borders last time for the enemies.”
  • Ravena finally returned, “I am sorry master! I couldn't-“
  • She stopped when she saw Brix finally up.
  • “You bitch, did you lied to us?”
  • “She found another way, Ravena.” Creed said, “Anyways, go and clean yourself at the river. We’ll wait here.”
  • I gave him a look, “Oh are you letting me alone? What if I escape?”
  • He sighed, “Ravena, keep an eye on her.”
  • “Fine.”
  • Ravena was complaining behind me as we headed to the river.
  • “What are you telling the master? Have you made a spell on him? He’s been acting odd ever since you are here.”
  • “Oh, am I that charismatic?” I joked, and she was about to threaten me again when I grabbed her hand.
  • “You bitch! You are learning how to fight back now?” She was stunned of course, but I’ll show her how this is done.
  • “Why? Did you think I would just let anyone trample over me? I’ve dealt with hell, Ravena. All your threats are nothing compared to what I experienced from my past pack. So if I were you, I’d save my energy in doing my job scouting properly…who knows, if you useless, Creed might abandon you..”
  • “H-he won’t do that.” She said and stormed off.
  • I then went to the river alone, removing all the spills from Brix’s release earlier. I made sure nothing was left on my clothes and just then, I could feel that someone was watching me.
  • “Show yourself, I know you are watching me,” I said, looking at the bushes. I have to commend that he was good at hiding his rogue scent…
  • When he showed up, I smirked, “Look who made himself invited.”
  • It was Brix. Much to my disappointment. Part of me expects that it was different else…something like a wolf named Creed. But then again, that stonhard wolf wouldn’t even budge. It was just one of my sad expectations that he would be here, giving in to this desires and would claim me. That he would be jealous of whatI did to Brix earlier and would me to touch him also.
  • And I hate this about me. The past me would be battling these thoughts about wanting someone like that. But thing are different now. I am in a different environment now where everything bad is happening to me. I’m at peace with that and I had come to embrace all the bad thing that would happen to me.
  • And one of them was to get attached to someone.
  • Brix has been watching me and I know that he heard what I said to Ravena.
  • He approached me as I stood up from the water, and his eyes couldn’t escape my naked body.
  • “Why are you here?” It’s funny how one could hear the disappointment lacing in my tone.
  • “What? Are you expecting that it would be someone else? Master Creed?”
  • I rolled my eyes at his snarky comment, “If yes, would you leave me now?”
  • He smirked, “Bitch, you’re getting cocky thinking that master would touch you.”
  • “Want to bet on it then? If I tempt him successfully, I win and you’ll do everything I want.”
  • He released a sarcastic laugh, “Oh it’s on…” He then motioned at his erect member, “But first, you did this, Nyra. You need to take responsibility.”
