• I walk into my room and video call my brother. Since things have gotten crazy, I’ve only communicated with my brother from my laptop. I know that it is secure and I don’t have to worry about anyone listening in and knowing what we are planning. Fortunately, I’ve never told Kosta or Khalis about my secure server. My brother also provided me with a jammer to prevent them from listening to me. Khalis thought it was so smart of her followers to put bugs in my room. As if I wouldn’t know. She seems to forget that my brother is a tech genius and we own several tech companies. I love the way they underestimate me.
• “Hi, big brother,” I say when my brother answers. “Did you see the video I just sent you?”
• “Yes, baby girl. We are prepared for war now. We have the elite warriors, Uncle Jerry’s special forces and grandfather is sending your royal guard to assist us. Alpha Richard will not get close to you. We will be there first thing in the morning.”
