Chapter 13

• The night was filled with admiring whistles, claps and screams from the audience. The stage lights turned from pink to yellow, red, blue or orange. The music was played loudly while the beauty contestant catwalked in their swimwear. Every department at the university had a couple representatives each, one male and one female.
• “Go, go. You can do it!” Denize encouraged Peri, who wore a sexy uni swimsuit. Her friend and a known make-up artist at their department took care of everything that she and her male partner needed that night.
• Peri was fussing about the swimsuit that their department provided for her. Her not-so-ample breasts were decently covered; however, her figure was flaunted well enough that could make any Adam’s son drool and fantasize about her. Her hair was stylishly curled loosely that made her look more elegant, radiant and alluring. When she examined herself in the mirror in the dressing room, Peri couldn’t believe she was seeing herself. She could barely recognize it was her.
