Chapter 56 A Misunderstanding That Cannot Be Clarified

• As Stella watched Liam walk away, she didn’t say a word. She smiled indifferently before she raised the glass of wine in her hand to gulp the contents. She was someone who liked a challenge and his behavior gave her a bigger urge to conquer this man. 
• The moment he walked out of the Seaview Hotel, he finally felt less suffocated while the air smelled fresher in comparison. He took a deep breath to relax, but he couldn’t quite get Eris’s face out of his mind.
• The final image in his mind was fixated on the scene of her in bed lying beneath Mark and how her delicate moans sounded. Or, how her alluring face had a rosy hue to it, her bright eyes, and the way she lightly bit on her lips was all clearly embedded in his mind. Suddenly, he felt a burst of anger that consumed him and tugged hard on his collar in frustration.
