Chapter 139 Six

• Eventually all the fruit is gone and, they begin to get hungry again. So, they pack up their stuff and head inside. Even though they have a fridge full of groceries the girls decide they want to eat out. They all slip on sandals. Everyone keeps their swimsuit on. Vicky puts on a pair of denim shorts over her bottoms. Tina does the same but with running shorts. Bella pulls a long flowy skirt on and a thin jacket.
• They walk to a casual sit down restaurant on the corner and have a big lunch. After they walk around the small shops on the street, mostly tourist type places. The girls all buy wraps to wear at the beach. Finally, they walk back home as the sun is beginning to set in the west.
• It's getting dark but the air is still warm, these are the best kinds of nights. The air also smells and tastes of salt. They are all a shade darker, except for Mrs. Orton, and Jacob who is a shade redder. The girl's hair all have that wavy beach look from the salt water.
