• “How was it my fault? We were standing on it one second, and then we were on a different one surrounded by water.” Daxx glared at King Troy.
• Liri backed further away from them. Daxx looked annoyed, and despite his words, the King looked amused by her. She went over to see if Paisley had gotten any answers from Bohdi’s people about her teleporting so soon after phasing. She smirked; so many years of doing nothing, and now she seemed to do it all, even if it wasn’t intentional.
• As she reached them, Paisley nodded and then turned to her, “Good news, you’re going to live.”
