• UNTAMED DESIRE
• Lara loved their weekends at the lake. She and Tony had been coming up to his dad’s cabin since they were teenagers in high school. Even when the lake was crowded with summer families, the Shannon family cabin was on a slough that was otherwise deserted. It was their home away from home.
• It was a small clapboard cabin with a verandah around it. Lara could sit on the front porch swing and look down the graded slope to the lake and the boathouse off to one side. The green lawn was as pretty as the one at their home, it was usually Tony’s first chore when they came to visit…cut the small, neat lawn.
