- Spankings had always been used in our house for both my sister and me. I'm 19 and my sister is 22 and has since moved out and is living on her own. My father works out of town a lot, so it's usually just my mother and me. When I was younger, we had this game called Backwards Day. It was basically where my mom and I switched roles. I was the parent, and she was the child. I think she thought it would help me grow and learn how to be mature or some psychology crap. Mainly I liked it because I could make her stand in the corner or not let her use her phone for different lengths of time.
