Chapter 10 The Direct Confrontation

• When she noticed Austin's expression, as if he were about to remember something, Halie felt her heart nearly leap out of her chest.
• "Mr. Robson, you must be joking. I just came back from Ereles. How could we possibly know each other?" Halie smiled calmly at Austin.
• Not giving him a chance to respond, Halie continued, "Mr. Robson, if there's nothing else, I'll be heading out. I have work to do!" With that, she walked past him and headed to the door.
