Chapter 14 - Thank You Dinner

• I am relaxing in my bedroom, as I thought about how spring break is ending, and we had to go back to school tomorrow. Then, I was reminded of the favor that I promised him tomorrow. I haven’t talk to Chris since the night mom came home. It like he just disappears.
• Since that night, I finally admit to myself that I was starting to like him. I can't deny the fact that his action affects me one way or another. I like him but I won't go after him like all the other girls. I refuse to become his bedtime toys. I move to sit by the window, looking at Chris’s house wondering where he had been.
