Chapter 22 Ex-boyfriend Is A Psycho

• I could not take it anymore. The constant yelling and shouting. The heated arguments and spiteful words they threw at each other was causing me some migraine.
• I knew I had to leave, especially with Ellen mentioning my name. I did not appreciate that one bit. It was as though she mocking me. Calling me stupid and a loser in different ways. She said it as though I was pathetic putting up with her brother's treatment of me.
• She would not understand. She was not in my shoes so I did not blame her. She could say whatever she liked but I would not stand to listen to it. I hated confrontations and fights. To me, they were a total waste of strength and time.
