Chapter 10 No Remorse

• As Nicole had ordered, Fadz Ling carried her like a baby all the way up to her room. Some of the servants saw the scene, but they were more afraid to see her held in the security head Fadz Ling's arms going up today than when she was marching her way into the house as she would usually do. Fadz looked like he was carrying a timed bomb that might blow off any time soon. His face was looking pale as if it was rolled on flour. Eva was about to come out of Nicole's room to welcome her back home when she saw the head of Nicole's security team looking awfully pale with her in his arms. The nanny panicked and hurriedly approached them.
• "What happened?!" She looked so worried that Nicole could not help laughing.
• "I'm fine, Nana." She tapped Fadz Ling to put her down. She thinks she can manage to walk from her room door to the bathroom with her Nana Eva to help her.
