Chapter 42 Adriana's Rescue

• Adriana's heart pounded in her chest as her footsteps echoed through the forest she was currently running through. The cold night air burned in her lungs, and fear gripped her with each passing moment.
• Jack and his men closed in on her like predators tracking prey. Adriana didn't know who they were but she knew they were dangerous from the way they looked at her so her mind just told her to run, she didn't know where to but it told her to run for her life.
• "You're making this harder for yourself Adriana, let's just get this over with" the man who had talked to her first said as they got closer and closer which made Adriana lose her focus.
