• I stood near the fireplace while Edmond was excitedly going through various books with Sothis and Syndra, while James and Mandy silently sat on the floor, looking through a large book that one of the other Oread’s brought to them. Wyatt walked up to me, lowering his voice as he asked me; “I don’t like this… new task that she is asking of us to go to. We should stick to the main one so we can get home sooner and get Olivia and Talia back home.”
• Slowly, I breathed in deeply, looking around us as I answered in the same tone as he just spoke; “I know, but if we don’t do this, then Sothis will never help us.”
