• It was still a mystery to Brynn how she had ended up in this situation with Killian.
• First, she was looking at pictures, but then she was talking back on the bed with Killian right on top of her. And she was flustered by him, no doubt, as she tried to make out words but only ended up betraying her.
• Here she was with Killian's naked body above her, glistening and dripping with water as the steam still came from his body and his scent filled her nostrils.
