Chapter 70 A Vile Rat

  • The Count hurried down the corridor, he hadn't said anything, but in the little space his daughter had left open at the door, he caught sight of something that caught his eye from the side of his daughter's balcony and he feared that something bad was going to happen to her. The poor man did not distrust his daughter, but thought she was in danger.
