Chapter 38

• Finally, we are on our way to Stefano's penthouse. I can't believe I spent the whole evening waiting for him at the warehouse after we hadn't seen each other for two months!
• Once we get inside, he leads me straight to his bedroom. What I see when he opens the door takes my breath away. There are scented candles everywhere, and rose petals on the bed.
