Chapter 19

• Alex was freaking out.
• Dad was being as calm as possible for an old man with wisdom.
• I on the other hand was stuck with Nick who couldn't stop teasing me the every living second of my day today. Sunday was supposed to be mine, but Nick manages to ruin everything for me. Swiftly turning around my heel— leaving the pot to handle itself with it's ingredients— I stomp on his very foot. He cries in pain, dad thinking it was just a silly fight between siblings.
