Chapter 3 A Domineering Man
- “Sarah, are you alright?” Julian did not expect things to turn out this way. He quickly ran to Sarah’s side and reached out to grab her arm to pull her up.
- “Let her go!”
- At this moment, a man’s cold voice suddenly came from the door.
- Julian’s body shook when he heard this familiar voice.
- Vivian was also shocked by this angry roar. She stared with her eyes wide open in disbelief.
- Christian!
- Her fiancé actually came back early!
- Sarah also looked towards the source of the roar. She discovered that there was a wheelchair parked at the office door.
- There was a man sitting on the wheelchair. He had short hair and a pair of sharp eyes under his thick eyebrows that shone with a sharp light. He was looking everything in front of him angrily.
- “Why are you here?” Julian’s mouth twitched. He stood there awkwardly. He did not know what to do.
- Julian had always been a little afraid of Christian. Now that he had done something wrong, he felt even more ashamed of himself.
- Christian looked coldly at Julian and Vivian, who was only wearing a man’s shirt. He then looked at the soy milk and steamed buns which were scattered all over the floor.
- He finally turned his gaze to the woman, who was lying on the floor with a sorry state.
- There was no need to ask what had happened here.
- “Jayson, go and help her up. Then take her to the hospital.” Christian coldly ordered to the man behind him.
- “Yes, sir!” The man named Jayson quickly walked to Sarah and reached out to help her up.
- Jayson wanted to take Sarah away but she waved her hand and rejected him.
- With her hands supporting the table, Sarah stood up from the ground and looked at Julian in front of her.
- Her heart was broken.
- She had a terrible headache. Blood was still flowing out dripped her suit, but she felt that she had never been so clear-headed before.
- The man she deeply loved … For another woman, he mercilessly pushed her away!
- What else could she say?
- “I can walk on my own, thank you.” Sarah sadly pushed Jayson’s hand away. Without even looking at Julian, she silently walked out of the President’s office.
- Christian glanced at the man and the half-naked woman once more time in silence before signaling Jayson.
- Jayson immediately pushed Christian’s wheelchair and left together with him.
- In the office, only Julian and Vivian were left in a loss.
- After walking out of the President’s office, Sarah helplessly carried her hand bag and walked towards the elevator. Her eyes were empty and her mind was blank.
- When she heard what Julian said to her personally, her spiritual world completely collapsed!
- ‘Since you already know, there is no need for me to tell you anymore! The person I love is Vivian. If you want any compensation, just tell me.’
- Her nine years of perseverance, in exchange for this kind of result today!
- Hehe. . .
- Wasn’t it funny?
- Blood flowed down her hair and onto her dark suit. She was clearly in great pain, but she could not feel it at all.
- No matter how painful her wound was, it couldn’t match up to one ten-thousandth of the pain in her heart.
- The elevator in front of her opened with a ding. Sarah walked in numbly. Her body powerlessly leaned against the wall of the elevator and looked in front of her in despair.
- Jayson pushed Christian’s wheelchair into the elevator and the door of the elevator slowly closed.
- Christian’s face was as cold as a cold night. He silently looked at Sarah for two seconds and then looked away.
- His pair of sharp eyes were slightly moving.
- The elevator reached the first floor very quickly.
- The elevator door slowly opened. Sarah looked at the elevator door blankly and walked out in despair.
- Jayson pushed Christian’s wheelchair out of the elevator and walked towards the off-road vehicle at the entrance of the lobby.
- Sarah walked to the entrance of the lobby. When she wanted to cross the Range Rover and leave, she was stopped by Jayson. “Miss, you are injured. We will take you to the hospital first.”
- Sarah looked at Jayson and wanted to squeeze out a smile, but in the end, her smile was even uglier than crying. “Thank you! I’m fine! I won’t die!”
- She lifted her foot and wanted to leave after saying that, but she felt a strong hand grab her arm.
- Sarah turned her head and saw that it was Christian.
- “I’m fine …” Although she was not familiar with this man, she had seen him once or twice in the Cooper family. She knew that he was Julian’s Big Brother, Christian Cooper.
- “Get in the car.” Christian ordered her with a cold face.
