• “When else have you been interested in someone, mom?” she picked up the shoe she had just removed and placed it on the shoe rack. She took a pair of slippers and wear them and then went back to get her luggage. “Mom, can I take a nap?” she suddenly asked, trying to avoid the topic. Her mother squinted her eyes seems like she was smelling something she needs to fish out. Awkwardly, she smiled and said, “jetlag.”
• "Okay. But make sure to go down when we call you. I know how hardheaded you are, Yana."
• Arianna smiled broadly and even gave a hand salute to her mother before starting to climb up. She did three steps when she realized that she leaves her mother alone there. So, she turned around and almost slipped when she saw her mother that is still looking at her.
