Chapter 10 The Bet

• It was eight in the morning when Lea and Chloe pick her up. They invite her over for breakfast in Lea’s restaurant. Her friends keep on interrogating her. But she doesn’t know what to answer and where to start.
• She just told them that she will answer it after a meal so they will stop. Besides, after it, they will be hanging out in her condo.
• Her father called her too over the phone and said that she must go on a trip abroad for business matters. She declined it but he blackmailed her and said that she will not inherit any single pound from their company. She just scoffed and laughed.
