• I entered the grocery store with the list of things I was to buy which my mom gave me. For the first time in months, she decided to send me to the grocery store. Not like I do not go but I like I once said, my mother did not like being in her way when it comes to things in her kitchen. It was like a sacred place to her. No sin must be committed or her spatula will teach you a lesson. And not to add, after learning that Alerix could cook, I was moved to return back to hone my cooking skills. A shy smile appeared on my lips as the vivid imagination of Alec and I cooking in the kitchen played in my mind.
• I began to pick the things according to the list. After I was done, I made my way to the counter but I was still checking to see if I was done with the list when I bumped into someone. I barely looked up to the person and the person disappeared from my sight like a flash. I stood, shocked and confused. Didn't I just bump into someone?
