Chapter 63
- It's been weeks since Rosella started showing signs of sickness. Her usually glowing skin has become pale and lifeless, and her once shining hair is now dry and brittle. She barely eats, and when she does, she throws up almost immediately. I've tried everything within my power to help her. I've hired healers from different packs and even sought help from the witches in the neighboring city, but I need something to work. Everything was making it worse, and no sign of progress was even worsening. It’s getting hard not to lose hope at this point.
- I'm very worried about her. The pregnancy is taking its toll on her, and I can't bear to see her suffer like this. Her once bright and cheerful personality has dimmed, and she's becoming more and more distant. Her dark magic is taking control of her, and she's being destructive too. The last time she had an episode, she almost destroyed our bedroom. I'm scared for her life and don't know what to do. I want to stay with her, in fact, I want to give this woman my whole life, but I have no idea how to.
- I watch as she sleeps, her breathing shallow and uneven. I gently stroke her hair, trying to bring her some comfort. She stirs slightly and opens her eyes but doesn't focus on me. I can see the darkness in her eyes, and it scares me. She looks like a completely different person, i have hope that the woman I love is still in there. She tries to sit up, but I hold her down gently.
