• Did I just see Ellie? I am still shaking as I head outside to my car. What is she doing here? Myriads of questions bombard my mind as I get in the car. I should talk to her. I should not allow her to go without us talking.
• I gather some courage and get back inside. I scout around and finally see her seated with the guy she came in with. Who is that guy? What the hell is he doing acting like he is protecting Ellie from me? I gulp down a glass of champagne and head in their direction.
