• Emmily POV:
• It has been two weeks still no sign of Winter, each day the warriors go out searching for her but always come back empty-handed. I can see what it is doing to Castro, each day shows how weak he is getting, and I could not help but feel sorry for him. I wish that I could help take some of his pain away. Only his mate is able to do that for him, also I feel that Castro doesn’t want pity, everyone seems to get him that. It was during dinner, Castro was sitting at the table, and everyone was afraid of him. Because of the look on his face, if looks can kill we all would have been six feet- under. It was one of the warriors that approach him, he was telling Castro how sorry Castro was going through. That what all it took because just like that, Castro had the warrior by his throat, and lifted him in the air.
• “ Sorry, no one has not done shit for me, you want to keep telling me how sorry you are? I don’t want your pity, unless you can bring me, my mate, back there nothing else to be said” Castro stated attempting to squeeze the life of the warrior, that had everyone frightened. Something had to be done, I stood up “ Castro you need to let him go before you kill him,” I told him.
