• Inhaling deeply, I took in the fresh breeze that blew over my face. It tickled my hair, just like the grass underneath my bare feet, and I felt like melting. I stretched my arms wide and basked in the feel of the strong wind pushing against me
• Nicolai had kept his word after he made me eat because he said and I quote 'I was too thin' - which was totally his fault because he was the one who decided to starve me for three whole days, but he refused to acknowledge that, and I didn't bring it up, because I didn't want him to get mad and lock me away again. Staring into nothingness and being shackled to a bed was not how I wanted to spend the rest of my days.
