• "So, Daniel, are you going to live here? In the palace?" Earl interrupts my vision of seeing Annie's face light up when she sees the little corgi puppy I just now planned for her. It's a nice vision. One I will bring to fruition.
• "I think we'll stay in my-- our wing until my father decides to give the crown to me and then we'll move to the countryside as a summer home." At first, it was all bullshit, now I'm imagining Annie sitting in the grass playing with the dog. The vision shifts and a little blonde girl runs out of the house and into her arms. I find myself involuntarily smiling.
