Chapter 8 Petite Girl

• Just when I thought I've been relieved of my duties,this..this loathsome girl' Brian thought full of bitterness
• Brunette just stood there with arms crossed on her chest,the stupified manager and his staffs stood with probing gazes
• ' a girl threatening a Blackwood?? Does she have a death wish??' they could only think so but not voice it out loud because the girl literally came in with him
• The blonde girl kept staring at brunette while thinking
• ' she was threatening Brian Blackwood with his brother,does this b*tch have a contact with someone greater than Brian??'
• " Sister in law!! You're being so mean" Brian pouted at brunette while raising from the sofa he was sitting
• Brunette snorted" let's get going already and stop acting up"
• Brian had no choice than to follow brunette into the main hall that was full of different luxurious clothes of different brands
• Seeing that Brian was already touring behind the young girl,they didn't feel relaxed either but started walking behind

• Brunette walked out of the dressing room after changing into a black above the knee gown that was banded on the waist
• She looked like a young and beautiful socialite,her white and tender skin complimented the gown so much
• " Miss I'll urge you to go with this dress,you have such a nice skin that really goes well with the dress" the manager immediately sucked up to brunette while the blonde that was supposed to be her tour guard snorted in her mind
• ' she's just a mistress, nothing to be loud about' the blonde girl thought while rolling her eyes at brunette who didn't even spare her a gaze
• Brunette bought the dress and some simple dresses,a sunglass, hats and bought some bags to go with the clothes
• Brunette wasn't humble,not at all..she was given an opportunity to shop for herself,why pretend to be nice and buy a little?? It wasn't her money anyways for her to be conscious about spending it
• Of course brunette didn't forget to buy the wristwatch for the already nagging Brian who kept reminding her of it
• After shopping, the two walked out of the shopping complex
• Brunette was walking towards the car parked on the parking lot while Brian was strolling behind her carrying lots of bags full of different accessories
• " You're really good at spending my brother's money, sister in law,I must commend you" Brian said while strolling towards the car
• Brian opened the backdoor of the sport car and dropped the bags inside and walked towards the driver's seat
• Brunette sat herself on the Passenger's seat while fiddling with the FM on the car and soon enough,a song sang by Sia filled the car
• Brian drove off immediately after starting the car

• Arriving just in time for dinner, brunette first went to her room and freshened up and changed into a pink fluffy pajama that she bought earlier and walked towards the dining table,she saw Brian already devouring his meal so she just sat down with brian on the dining table,Brian saw the already sitting brunette but didn't utter a word
• Brian immediately dug on his meal again while brunette just sat there waiting for Raymond to come down
• Seeing he wasn't coming down any time soon, brunette got up from her seat and walked towards the study in the second floor
• Brian only rose an eyebrow but continued eating nevertheless
• ' who are you showing off your love to??' Brian snorted at the back of brunette

• Raymond was in a video conference with his board members
• " The MRF project will be taking place in two weeks time
• Have you contacted mr Jameson??" Raymond asked one of the directors
• " Sir everything has already been prepared,and...." The shareholders kept giving their thoughts and sometimes an argument would arose among the shareholders
• Raymond just sat there leisurely without even looking at them,just then his phone beep displaying that he got a message from Brian
• Opening the message box,he saw that Brian actually sent him a photo along side a statement saying [ am I your best brother??]
• Raymond replied back :[ yes]
• He rose an eyebrow but opened the content of the message but saw the picture of brunette when she was wearing a black above-the-knee gown
• She looked docile and innocent but as well charming and charismatic in her own way
• Raymond smiled a warm smile, forgetting he was in a video conference
• The board members who was arguing immediately kept quiet while staring at their CEO who was all of a sudden smiling because of what he was seeing in his phone
• What made their cold boss smile in such cheeky way??
• They were in shock, gasping resounded among the board members
• As if the amount of shock the directors got wasn't enough,the study door was pushed opened,while a petite girl strolled in and sat on Raymond's lap while turning her back to the computer so the directors couldn't see her face but from her back view they could call her beautiful
• They were more shocked when they saw their CEO wrap his hands around the girl protectively as if setting his boundary
• Then they heard the girl say..
• " Babe it's time for dinner" brunette said coquettishly while circling her arms around Raymond's neck
• Raymond only smiled at her " sure"
• The directors faces were as white as snow, dumbstruck about their CEO'S love affair
• They seems like a couple in love not some prostitute employed by their CEO
• Who was this girl??
• That was the question that the directors wanted to ask so badly but couldn't so they only resigned from their thoughts and wanted to see the girl's face at all means
• ' could she just turn her face a little bit??'
• The directors was dieing to see the lucky girl's face
• But Raymond didn't give them that chance and immediately turned off the video call he was having with the directors
• The directors was speechless while swearing at Raymond with grinting teeth
• They weren't able to see the girl's face, they'll just ask second young master about her
• Brunette stood up from Raymond's lap with Raymond strolling behind her as they walked towards the dining room not knowing she had caused a stir amongst the board of directors of the blackwoods PLC
