Chapter 2 I'm Sorry Raymond

• Seeing his dumbfounded expression made me think that I (or should I say brunette) wasn't this clingy or cozy with him
• This was going to be an headache
• " Are you up to something?? Spill it out" he roared as he felt really irritable
• Geez just a pout made me seem like I was up to no good??
• As far as I knew,he always tried to treat me nice but brunette's best friend, Samantha had always made me seem otherwise, manipulated my mind
• Making me go against Raymond time and time again which always made me a scapegoat
• If I wasn't locked up in my room, I'll be forced to have s*x with him which was always a painful process
• The naive me was always abiding by Samantha's instructions not knowing she had eyes on Raymond from the start

• A company who produces wine,deal on Jade mining, entertainment and hotel management

• " I'm famished" I said while coming close to him, rounding my puppy's eyes at him making me seem dejected
• Maybe it was my illusion but I felt he stiffened Abit when I hugged him
• He just stared down at me without moving
• " Come with me" he simply said after a while and turned to walk out and I walked behind him

• I was living in the second floor,my room not too far from the staircase
• His..his room was just opposite mine
• Ahh too protective...
• And when we came out from my room,the alarm suddenly went off
• What was that??
• I looked up to the man walking just behind me with a questioning gaze
• " You're always full of mischief,so for your protection I had to make sure you wouldn't do anything stupid just like earlier" he said coldly like a matter of fact

• " That's... weird" I could only spit out but felt stuffed with such ambiguous method of keeping someone, but what could I say??
• I just followed him downstairs,the dinning room was a really large one with a long table and sets of chairs In Both sides as if he was planning on having a very large family
• I shivered at the thought of it
• For some reasons,the atmosphere was really odd maybe because of what took place earlier
• The maids had their heads bowed down while standing at a distance, trying as much as possible to make their presence not too pronounced for fear of loosing their lives
• Sitting down at the dinning table, Raymond sat close to me as a maid came to pour water on my glass
• I guess she was just too scared by something I'm not sure of because her hands were all shaky and she ended up splashing water on my skirt
• And somebody's son flared up
• " Incompetent...do I pay you for this?? Out of my sight" Raymond thundered and shouted at the clumsy maid who kept bowing and begging profusely
• Sweats dripping from her forehead as if she had been given a death wish
• I felt sorry for her but I couldn't do anything,I still don't know how much I meant to Raymond and as it is right now, he's probably mad at me for my earlier attempt to commit suicide
• I had to save myself before saving others
• So I watched on as the girl was dragged out of the room
• " Eat" Raymond said one word when he caught me staring at the exit door where the maid had been dragged out
• " Uhm yes" I said as I faced the meal to start digging in
• It was so delicious,the spaghetti sauce and chicken nuggets was divine not to talk of the desserts
• I was really having my full when I noticed that Raymond hadn't touched his food and just kept staring at me as if feeding from me
• " Not hungry??" I asked him with a chicken wings in hand while still bending my back towards the table
• " You go on" Raymond said coolly not giving any expression of either being pleased or angry just staring at me with a probing gaze
• Ohh
• I wasn't going to let such an opportunity slide by as I grabbed a chicken wing and placed it on his plate
• " If you're not eating, I'm definitely not eating as well" I said with sparkling eyes feeling determined
• I noticed a flash of surprise passed his eyes but immediately dispersed as if it was never there
• All of a suddenly,he looked so cold as he grabbed my hands and dragged me out of my chair and pinned me against the table
• I was scared out of my wits but I ended up just staring at him waiting for whatever he was going to do
• " Don't taste my patience,what are you planning to do??
• The better you start talking the better for you
• Brunette girl you always have a way of making me mad" Raymond said within gritted teeth and stared hard at me while still pinning me on the table
• I just stared back opening my mouth to say something but closed it back
• " Sorry" I could only get that out of my mouth, without waiting for me to finish
• He pounced on me, seizing my lips with his hot lips in an heated k*ss
• I became short of breath but he wouldn't just let go as he entangled my tongue with his while bitting my lips as if purnishing me for something I did wrong
• When he felt I was about to pass out,he finally set my lips free from his and I immediately tried to catch my breath,he was also panting but not as severe as mine

• " I'm sorry for what I did earlier and you saving my life today made me think hard and I discovered I was being too stupid
• I'm a changed person now, don't you believe me??" I said pitifully as I looked at him not tearing my gaze from him for a bit as if trying to digest all his expressions
• My answer must have caught him off guard because he was at a loss of words
• " Are you sure??" He asked trying to confirm again
• I nodded and he looked relieved but still narrowed his eyes at me
• " Well that's good,but that doesn't change anything"
• I wasn't expecting too much either but it was still fine atleast I got to clear my name this time around
• " My hands hurts" I said to him
• He noticed that he was still pinning me on the table with my right hand at the back with his hands gripping on it tightly,he suddenly let go while saying
• " That's enough, let's eat" we both sat down but it seems we've both lost our appetites as we just sat down feeling arkward
• Just then his phone ran breaking the silence and I felt so relieved
• He stood up,threw a glaze at me and walked out just then the main door was pushed open only to reveal her,the blackwood's friend,my bodyguard and advisor
