Chapter 25 Chapter Twenty-five

• One morning, Freya awoke with a start, her peaceful sleep interrupted by a burning sensation in her stomach. She sat up cautiously, feeling the heaviness in her body and the urge to vomit. He placed his feet on the cold floor and ran to the bathroom. As he reached it, the rumbling in his stomach made him clutch the sink, and he began to vomit.
• As he stood up, his legs trembled, but something else caught his attention. She was looking at herself in the mirror. Her eyes widened when she saw her slightly larger breasts. Fear gripped Freya and she brought her trembling hand to her abdomen. Her fingers gently caressed her belly, as if they could feel the throb of new life growing inside her.
• "It can't be, I'm pregnant," she murmured, overwhelmed by the news, "Goddess Selene, what am I going to do," pale, she clung to the sink.
