• "Oh, nothing. I've actually grown to like that nerdy side of you. Plus, it's always good to have a nerdy friend around, you never know when you might need one!" Florence chuckled, and Ruby playfully smacked her in response.
• "Okay, okay, let me be honest," Florence continued with a mischievous grin. "I really admire your fashion sense, and I think you're cool." She nonchalantly popped a french fry into her mouth.
• "But as your friend, I want to offer you some advice," Florence said, leaning in closer. "You're not allowed to give me any advice in return, though!" she added quickly, anticipating Ruby's playful retaliation.
