Chapter 79 Abandoned

Emma refused to argue with a drunk man, but he just would not let her go. He kept pushing her for an answer. "You still haven't given me a reason."
Emma gave him a questioning look. Harassing a lady is not like him, and I'm his ex-wife. His eyes were as mysterious as ever, and she could not see through him. She chalked it up as a drunken episode. "You want a reason?" She gazed at him. "Fine, I'll give you one." Trevor paid full attention to her. She calmly said, "I don't want to get involved with a married man unless it's work-related, so I don't think I have to accept your friend request."
Trevor did not think he was married. He let anger get to his head, and he cursed, "Who are you f*cking calling a married man?"
